This was week of the year was very uneventful. The public pool was closed, so we used the one at Akelada Hotel.

	Martin is checking the car. The water level is OK.
	Lai is taking her last telephone call before the daily swim. She and her son Boss (his real name is Master Tanakit Philathueal) preparing to visit Lai's house some 25 kms away.
	Here they are with faces shown. At the pool again, the car is nicely tucked away underneath a shadowing tin roof.
	The pool is always nice and seldom used by others than Martin and sometimes Lai. Martin getting ready for his swim.
	The road out of the pool areas towards the hotel. The hotel owner lives in this house. She is a nice Thai lady.
	After the swim, time for a nice beer at Home Ming. Next door to the Home Ming, a bar for foreigners. This nice little girl has an English father and Thai mother.
	Nice Thai flag. The next day, January 6^th, time for the daily swim.
	Lai is nice on her bike. We went to Mama's fish restaurant one evening. Been there many time. Lovely fish.
	On the evening of the 7^th, we went to a small café that only serves fish like this one. Just opposite the Royal Lake in Nang Rong.

The next week, Thursday January 8^th, it was time for some cooler weather.
