The harbor with the fishing vessels at anchor.
A rare sight, a traffic cop in Nha Trang. The
first one in 14 months.
Another cop. They were on duty due to a malfunction traffic light. |
|
|
What do they do the rest of the
year? Phuong with the neighbors' new toilet. |
|
|
No piping. Just a hole in the
ground and the raw sewage goes straight into the ground. It must stink high

The weird house next door just finished.
What it is for is unclear.
The view of the house from the

that since everything is barred in. |
|
|
The view from the Soouth-West side.
Inside the courtyard with all its steel bars. Gives you a nice prison
feeling. |
|
|
The kitchen.
The bedroom with solid steel bars. There is a lot of petty crimes in Vietnam
due to the poverty in the country. No serious crimes like robberies or armed
bank heists due to an effective police force. But they don't care about
burglaries and petty crime and the citizens have to fend for themselves.
Without weapons since it is illegal for civil citizens to possess hand guns
or guns in general. |
