Summing it all up.

After an uncomfortable night and an early start from Oslo, we landed in Houston, Texas and checked in at the Crowne Plaza River Oaks.

To the left, the plane that took us to the USA.

The Internet access at Schipol airport. Nice and expensive.

Martin had his early morning beer and some junk food. Not good.

Boarding our plane, The City of Beijing. Strange name for a plane.

Arrived in Houston, queuing for immigration with fingerprinting and photos. The Yanks take no chance.

Welcome to Houston.

Martin arrived with the others in Houston.

Our tour leader and organizer, Amund. A very capable guy.

On route to the hotel, this truck full of Audies passed us.

Unloading at the hotel. Martin's friend from the previous trip, Astrid in the foreground.

Arriving at our hotel.

Big it is.

Our tour guide showing us the way.

Outside the hotel, there is a very busy highway. Typical American. There is a 10MB video clip of this  road. Have peep.

Our valet watchman with his typical American junk fool.

Houston is afloat with Mexican restaurant. We chose this one.

The steer is one of the calling sign of Texas and the restaurant had one.

The next day, Tuesday 23rd, was our second day in Houston and we visited Space Center Houston for a look.
