Summing it all up.

Returning to Galveston, TX we were met by fog and lay for anchor for some 3 hours before getting to the harbor.

We then headed for New Orleans and The HOLIDAY INN NEW ORLEANS FRENCH QUARTER at 124 Royal Street, New Orleans, LA, 70130 , phone +1 504 529 7211.

To the left, the first picture taken with Steinar's new chip bought from the Swede, Kalle.

Steinar not too happy, not wanting Martin to take a picture of Kalle that got 20 US Dollars for his chip. Cheap.

We had to wait for 9 hours to get ashore and then we spent some 3 hours going through the customs. Only 10 lines for 3600 passengers. Not good and not acceptable. Find another port to travel from. Galveston is useless due to HomeLand Security stupidity and inflexibility.

The next day, Monday 5^th, it was time for visiting New Orleans.
