This was the day for relaxation and a lovely lunch at Bob's place with John, Kevin and his wife Anne.

	To the left, Bob alongside his steel fireplace in the living room. To the right, the security is always a concern. Armed response is common with break-ins, muggings etc.
	Bob's bakkie. Cheap and practical. Bob is shopping for the Sunday lunch.
	Martin loves biltong and dry wors. Both in ample supply at this speciality store. Beer is needed. A couple of crates should keep us for the weekend with a Guinness to top it all up.
	Pigeon loft where Bob keeps all his competition pigeons. Anne, Kevin's wife and Angie.
	Kevin, an old police brigadier, now retired. A man of the old school that cannot take the New South Africa crap. Lovely Anne, patient as ever.
	John and Martin at the dinner table sharing a joke. Kevin battling with the old kind of bottle opener. In the end it broke.
	Martin enjoying a Guinness for dessert.

The following day, Monday Dec 4h, Martin had a trip down memory lane to Johannesburg central business district, partly deserted due to all the crime there. It's a dead city during the night and only blacks during the day. Martin counted 3 whites outdoors and 3 white indoors behind bars.
