Roy and Martin on March 16th, our second day at The Royal River Kwai Resort and Spa. and we took a train ride.

Our very nice beds at the hotel.

Time to Take off to the railway station.

The barren, dry landscape of Kanchanburi. The area has been hit by a drought when the monsoon last year failed.

In the town itself, there are numerous locomotives. This is one of them.
