We went to an Island, Poda for 4 hours, then we had a fish bite and a nice drink at the hotel bar for Martin's birthday.

The pool at the hotel is long, some 30 meters and very narrow as can be seen.

The breakfast view is nice over the sea and Ao Nang beach.

There is a small pool at the first floor as well.

The long tail boats that took us to the island.

Martin is well seated.

Details of the V8 engines these boats are using.

The entrance to the Poda island.

One of the many signature rocks in the waters around Ao Nang.

Official sign at Poda island wishing you welcome and inform you. The island is very heavily visited by tourists.

Martin outside the shop with very stiff prices. Transport to the island is expensive.

3x250 horse power. That makes for a speedy journey.

Roy is having a dip.

Happy Roy in the water.

Poor Muslim girls have to swim in full jalla gear with swim vest. The sit wet for the whole journey back. What a religion.

This was a Sunday, and many of the locals made a trip to the island, the closest one to Ao Nang.

Lot of visitors for a few hours and then they left.

The signature rock of Poda island.

Martin is seated for our return journey.

Back at Ao Nang, time to get nibbled on.

Here you see the fish is nibbling off the dead skin on your feet. Makes for a clean feeling afterwards.

In the end, we ended up at the hotel bar.

The next day, Monday March 21st, it was our third day at Ao Nang.
