Martin had a long swim this morning and a nice breakfast and chat with Tomas afterwards.

 

Lovely pool at 0715 in the morning.

Martin swam here for 80 minutes. Before breakfast.
Thomas came over for breakfast.

Tomas is looking good after loosing 12 kgs of weight.
