Summing it all up.

First day in the USA. Exciting, watching the US Presidential Election. A life-time event for most of us from Norway.

To the left, the tower at night at Memphis Airport.
To the right, the parking lot at Memphis.

El Al at Memphis. We are now 7 hours behind Norwegian time.
Roy just arrived at the WINGATE BY WYNDHAM *** Hotel in Memphis.

Roy and Tore just settled in for the first drink at the WINGATE BY WYNDHAM *** Hotel in Memphis.

At the local Chinese restaurant Shogun and what they had to offer.

Roy and Martin Settled at the restaurant with TVs all over the show. Four other KomOgDansers in the back ground.
As starters, we got soup not well suited for the Norwegian palates.

The CNN TV in action during the election. The result was as expected. Obama won, but with a smaller margin than expected.

The next day, Thursday Nov 5, we were still booked in at WINGATE BY WYNDHAM *** Hotel.
