Martin and Phuong arrived from Vientiane, Laos at 1530, on schedule.

Martin has visited Vietnam before. This is the 4^th visit

February 1 - 15, 2015, with Geir, from Hanoi to Saigon.
September 1 - 3, 2017, on the Mekong.
March 17 - May 17, 2019, Da Nang and Nha Trang.
August 11 - September 30, 2019, Nha Trang.

	Arrived at Hanoi main airport. Queuing up for visas. Smart system with display of the person being served.
	Martin got his new visa, 3 months, multiple reentries. But money, the boys want, all 50 USD for one.
	Outside the airport after being met by the hotel driver in a dirty pick-up truck. Happy twosome in their Norwegian shirts.
	We were staying at Kawasaki Hotel, close to the airport. It has a horrible website that hardly works in Vietnamese and not at all in English.
	The view from the top of the hotel is not much. Neither was the hotel. Phuong at the reception, getting information for our taxi and restaurant.

On Saturday August 10^th, Martin and Phuong visited Hanoi city and lupper at a fish restaurant.
