Martin is always having the blues after a nice trip like the one to Hanoi and Dien Bien Phu.

	Lovely Sunday morning, Dec 19th. The pool is actually very beautiful around 0600 in the morning.
	Time to pull socks. Martin managed to exercise for 40 minutes, of which 15 was warm-up on the tread mill. Then some leg presses, max weights for oldies.
	Some pull-downs and 3 more exercise for the arms and legs.   The water temperature was 230 Centigrades in the morning and 25.5 in the afternoon.
	In the evening, a quick beer at Jelly Brew Bar and Rosie. Then off to Ha's family.
	Lovely hotpot dinner. Mama Ha can cook and feed the young ones.
	Martin at Ha. A lovely evening with Ha. He is a very nice man.

On Wednesday, December 22^nd, we left for Tuy Hoa to celebrate Christmas there.
