Summing it all up.

Arrival time at Oslo Gardemoen Airport at 0445. And boarding the plane at 0645 and actually, the plane started moving at 0720, five minutes after departure. Not bad at all.

After a strenuous arrival with passports, visa and stamps, we hit the road through the desert to Luxor.

The night settled in very quickly and the the sun was soon gone.
Half way, it was a break at toilet facilities that had been greatly updated since March, Martin's last visit.

The next day, we  went to the Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut's burial site, the alabaster factory and we set sail for Edfu..
