To the left, Martin and Ellen having their first
beers of the day after a thousand meter swim. To the right,
Martin's leg on the way into the pool. Ellen isn't the world's greatest
photographer. |
|
|
Martin cooling off after his second thousand
meters. Wai, the local Internet boss. |
|
|
Ellen trying on her sari with her special
colors. Ellen and local baby, two months old. It's Asia's baby. See
picture below for mother. |
|
|
Ellen bought big bed spread shown here. Less
than € 100,-. Good buy all around. Asia, the 19 year old
girl that posed for Tanya's sari. You can
see
all the 99MB here. But Windows media player doesn't work to well. Try
www.winamp.com instead. |

Then at night, it was time to go shopping. The
busy streets of Goa are amazing and really worth while watching.
Then it was time to go down memory lane. Martin visited Nizmar
hotel in April, and this is the
poolside bar where Martin spent many happy hours. |
|
|
Valerie at the reception at Nizmar hotel that recognized Martin. Not
bad. Ellen is posing under the palms outside Nizmar. With
clay animals. Cute. |
|
|
Ellen getting cross caught shopping. Didn't like
there were no jumbo size dresses that suited her. While
Ellen was shopping, Martin had a beer watching the pulsing life of Goa.
Among them Allen here with his friendly face. Most probably a left over
hippy from the 60ties. |
|
|
Allan had a cute phony tale as well. Very
friendly English chap. Next door table, Kenneth with the
cute eye trick. Smiling while doing it. |
|
|
Then it was the end of the day with our most
hospitable and friendly cab driver Rajey that promised not to smoke. If he
did, he will have to repay the fat tip Martin gave him. At
night, Ellen and Martin visited a 2nd story restaurant. Across the street,
our trusty Internet café. |

|
The lobster we had at night was OK, nothing
special. |
