A nice trip and lunch on the way from Nang Rong to Bangkok.

Suza in Lai's kitchen before departure.

Martin with Lai's Mom and the Old Lady from across the street.

Martin and the Old Lady.

A stop on the road to buy beers.

Lai and the lovely bronze bull.

There are a lot of them at ChokChai Farm.

Martin on one of the bulls.

It is an impressive garden with live horses and bronze bulls.

Lovely Lai and her cow.

And with the calf as well.

Lai and the dead king.

Lai in front of the memorial of the King.

This photo meets you at the entrance. Ronald Reagan saying hello the the King of Thailand at the farm.

Martin's favorite dam.

Inside the restaurant, Lai, Suza and Martn.

Look at Suza's very piercing eyes.

Martin had a salmon steak. Surprising good to be some 200 kms inland.

The toilet has the right sign outside the men's room.

Off on the road again with Suza.

The skyline of Bangkok.

The railroad through town isn't much in use.

Funny top of a skyscraper. What's the purpose except looking stupid?

Suza saying good bye.

Martin with Mr. Man, one of the true characters of The Ambassador Hotel.

Arree, Martin's favorite floor manageress.

Lai's favorite fish at The Ambassador's Hotel.

On Sunday Oct30th, it was time to leave for Vientiane, Laos.
