Martin went to Tran Vien Dong Hotel for a swim, and had a meeting with Dave's wife, Maureen.

	Here is the route from Le Duy to NT Fitness Center and Alpaca Coffee Bar. But there was no pool at the Fitness Center. Martin's view from his balcony at Mr. Le Duy.
	The veranda with drying underpants. Mr. Le Duy's entrance. hard to find.
	Landmark hotel next door. The street where Martin lives. Not for long though.
	Very nice receptionists that helped Martin to find Alpaca. The receptionist at Le Duy that sent Martin on a goose chase for the pool.
	Alpaca Homestyle Restaurant. Lovely place run by Russians. Martin waiting for Maureen or Maud.
	Vivian or Ving, lovely waitress that spoke good English. They have an unique water bottle here. Only 6000 VND or 40 US cents.
	Inside Alpaca. It has excellent food and really worth while to visit. They have no presence on the Internet. Just a telephone with English- and Russian speaking operators, +84 122 792 6905. Martin's new place, hopefully.

	Martin in the condo he hopes to get, without wall. The condos were very well equipped with washing machine, kitchen sink, microwave, fridge and a big veranda.

On Tuesday March 27^th, it was time for visit to Kim Tyo Hoa.
