Again a visit to the Nam Ngum Dam that Martin has visited before.

The Nam Ngum Dam is a hydroelectric dam on the Nam Ngum river, a major tributary of the Mekong in Laos.

The dam today, Aug 6, 2019. Much lower water level. Watch the video.
