Bankk took us the range for some shooting this nice day.

5 April International Shooting Range is a large-scale integrated shooting and entertainment venue for live-ammo shooting. Covering a total area of 120,000sqm, this is by far the largest commercial shooting range in Asia with the most advanced facilities.

We had breakfast next door.

Total catastrophe Martin ordered no 5, but got the no 5 on the other side of the menu, hot and spicy frog soup. Inedible.

The main street next to our hotel.
At the shooting range. They got new waterfall instead of bombs.

Phuong posing in one of the mock-ups.

Our range with the equipment. Only for pistols. Not AKs. It will penetrate.

Martin instruction Phuong in the operations of the AK47.

Phuong getting the final instructions.

Phuong is very attentative.

Ammo, 25 rounds at 382 000 dongs or 44 USD or 1,57 US per pop.

Lai is getting the final instructions.

Martin is having a go with the AK47.

Ditto Phuong that has never fired a decent rifle in her life.

Happy instructor Martin.

Bankk is ready to go.

Nice gang.

Phuong's 25 meters result. Not bad.

All 4 shots hit the target.

Time for a beer at the local restaurant.

Martin bought yellow shirts for Phuong and Bankk.

Outside, behinds us is an enormous hall with cars and golf charts taking you around the range.

Martin with balloons that Sunan didn't want us to shoot at.

Phuong saying good bye to the range.

Phuong and Bankk coming down the stars.

Time for lupper at Martin's favorite restaurant complex at the Nam Lik river.

Overview of the floating restaurant complex.

The 3-some at table with the Nam Lik river in the backgroiund

Phuong and Martin.

Happy Martin.

Lovely dinner.

The food was excellent.

Phuong saying good bye to Nam Lik river.

After shoot drink at the river.

Martin is always happy with his beer.

Leaving the river restaurant going up the stairs.

Martin and Bankk together after a lovely meal. Time to get back to the hotel.

Visiting Comsavang close the the hotel.

Comsavang is still breathing, but barely so. Very nice fellow.

On Tuesday August 6th, it was time for Nam Ngum Dam again.
