The pictures below are thumbnails, meaning they are small copies of the real
thing. You just click them. The weather
in Norway
and in
Bangkok just now.
Time to visit the Norwegian Seamen Church for some rice pudding.
|
To the
left, Kran and Martin's excellent Thai breakfast table consisting of on
plate 1, banana, papaya and dragon fruit. Plate 2, chom pu (no known English
name), passion fruit, dried fish and ham. Bowl has Thai chili paste. To the
far right some very strong dried fish.
Kran hard at work with
her new computer in the living room. She has a long way to go.

Kran up
the the road to the church.
On Saturdays, they are
serving rice porridge, a traditional Norwegian dish. |

Happy
couple enjoying their rice porridge.
An overview of the area
with the guests at the church. |

Martin
bought some mackerel in tomato sauce, his Norwegian spread.
Mayuree, the chatty
manager of The Whisperings Palms. She recommended Jittima as Kran's swimming
instructor. |
|
|
Kran's
swim teacher to be, Jittima. She will arrive on Tuesday next week. She
charges 250 baths for each 60 minutes she teaches.
Along the streets,
another little joint that serve Korean style food. |
|
|
Then off to the local
Elvis joint. Unfortunately, Kran and Martin were the only guest that night. On the
way back to our flat, a barber hard at work, Saturday night around 2200
hours. |
|
|
Another Norwegian
restaurant, Håkon. They are not far between in the Jomtien area. Then
outside Martin's dentist, we have our own bar. Martin is battling with the
corks of spy bottles. |

The next day,
Sunday
November 7th, it was time for the
Cross
Bay Swim. But due to bad weather conditions, it was postponed till Nov 21st.
