To the left, Kran is not too sure about the water, but it held 28o Centigrades and that should suffice. Due to a sore throat, Martin didn't swim this morning.
	Kran busy swimming. Martin checked her pulse regularly to see if she put in the right kind of effort. Kran's pulse should be 80% of 220-41 = 145 for optimal training effect. So she was around 150 most of the time, which is more than adequate.
	Kran happily finished with the thermometer in hand. Unfortunately, Martin forgot his camera when he went computer shopping, so this is the first picture of the computer after arriving back home to The Whispering Palms.

The next day, Thursday November 4th, it was time for swimming and computer installations.
