A slow day with a condo visit on the 13^th floor and a birthday party at Bua.

	Martin is having an afternoon beer at Tong's before going to Bua. Martin had a visit to a potential condo on the 13th floor. It was very nice. Have a look at the video.

	Not much left after two pigs. Lai likes dogs and picked up this stupid specimen.

The next day, Wednesday March 27^th, it was time for more of the same.
