Martin swam, but ate to much thinking he was OK. Not so.

Lai ordering a nice lunch at Honey bar downstairs. When Martin doesn't feel too hot, he doesn't leave the building S1.

Martin is on the wagon, only drinking water. He doesn't know if that is good or bad for his stomach.

Lai with her spicy papaya salad. Nothing for Martin. In the evening they had pizza, not s sMart move since it upset Martin's stomach again.

The next day, Sunday March 24th, Martin got worse.
