Martin and Lai went to town to fix the computer and to buy a condo.

This is the empty plot where the Martin's studio will be built among another 180 condos.

	Lai is in the show office of the condo Martin wants to buy. Off to the Villa Shopping Center where the development office for the condo is.
	Very nice environment, but to far out from the center of Pattaya. Half-empty. Julian, the boss for the development company.

	Martin and his favorite in Roy's bar, The Three Roses. Martin and Ken from S2. Martin always forgets his name.
	Lai arrived after a while. She brought her own Thai food. Martin is enjoying his beer at Tong's.
	Lai had her Thai food before leaving, so she had only ice-cream for dinner. And a lemon juice that was too bitter for her to drink.
	At the Market, they were selling vinyl records as well. On leaving, Lai said hello the the welcoming elephant outside the Market.
	Lai got a woolen cap from her son, BigBoss.

The next day, Sunday March 3^rd, it was time to relax with no swimming, no sex and no English.
