Summing it all up.
 

 

Martin T. to the left visited Bangkok (BKK), Pattaya and Ao Nang in Thailand this time. A long holiday during the depressing months. Martin had a pleasant and fascination trip to Thailand during in the period above.

Kran is seen to the right. Kran is Martin's girlfriend.

 

To the left, Krabi lies in the Southern most part of Thailand, to the East of Phuket that Martin had visited many times from 2008 onwards. Have a look at all Martin's trips to Thailand.

This map shows details where Ao Nang is situated in relation to Hua Hin, some 600 kms from Ao Nang. This picture show the route from Hua Hin to Ao Nang.  Martin visits Ao Nang every time he goes to Thailand. Or almost every time.

Everyone ask about the flooding. Have a look from Kran's area that barely avoided the flooding.

Martin is travelling light. His stuff outside his front door as he leaves for the bus stop.

It was 70 Centigrades, misty, drizzling and miserable when Martin left.

At the railway station, the new double track has just opened some 700 meters. Great advantage !

And off to the departures after a very short stay at the counter. Martin had already checked in via the Internet.
The Qutar Airlines had brand new planes and plenty leg room.

This poor woman at Doha airport was completely dressed in black. Even the eyes had a veil in front of them.

What a miserable dress.

The next day, Friday, November 11th, Martin landed in Thailand where Kran was waiting for him.
