Summing it all up.

Dec 21, departing for Norway
The pictures below are thumbnails, meaning they are small copies of the real thing. You just click on the thumbnails, and you get the full picture in a separate window. Back to start.

Packing up, looking forward to next time around, drinking SPY Mai Tai and some beers, it wasn't the best of days. The blues are sinking in.

To the left, the SPY cooler at the local Ocean View, Martin's local tourist shop around the corner.

To the right, the internals of the shop.

Martin has packed his stuff and is walking around in his hot snow shoes ready for the wet, cold and miserable Norway.

The Ocean View supermarket.

Martin' favorite shop owner, Boonchai Lekkul and his assistant.

Martin's early morning SPYs lined up for some down-hatching.

Orchid with her fancy Afraid of the Dark Shirt given to her by Martin.

The front of the same shirt.

Orchid and her fancy little dictionary. Martin having his last beer with Orchid.

The bus has arrived. Time to depart.

Orchid hard at work for her hotel.

Queuing up for the last beers for the last baths.

The trolleys nicely lined up.

Last thought in Thailand, a nice bra strap.

The next day, Monday December 22nd, Martin landed in Norway that was, cold, wet and miserable. No more trips till March 2009. :-( But in April 2009 it was time for Thailand again.
