Summing it all up.

TanyasPhotos

Below is the map showing where Luxor, Cairo, the Red Sea and Hurghada are situated in relation to each other.

Today we travelled the route from Luxor to Hilton Long Beach Hotel at Hurghada. Later that day, Tanya flew back to Norway to see Asbjørn for a couple of days.

To the left, departure from Magic 1, all our luggage was lined up on the curb next to the bus. Just checked that it was all there.

To the right, all luggage had a problem entering the bus. Some repacking had to be done.

The water of the Nile is the lifeblood of Egypt, here spread among the fields next to the Nile.

And then inland towards the red sea. Just sand, and not a drop to drink.

Then, after two hours, a leak stop in the mountains. Tanya strolling across the market place.

Tanya having a snack before we carried onwards towards Hurghada.

More sand as we descend towards the Red Sea.

At Hilton, Tanya says goodbye to Jorunn.

Tanya inspection Dad's room where he is staying alone for the next week.

The view from the room towards the pool area.

The next day, was our first at Hilton and we loafed around and inspected the premises.
