Martin has visited Laos twice before. Oct 30 - Nov 8, 2016 and March 26 - Apr 2, 2017.

We arrived in Bangkok on the 11^th and stayed over to the 12^th when we departed for Vientiane, Laos.

	The morning the 12th, Martin tried the flashlight in the room at Amari Don Muang Airport hotel, but it didn't work. The pool worked. Martin's room can be seen here.
	Lovely pool, except for a line across the middle of it. This is the pool seen from inside Martin's room.
	The juice stand is the best Martin has seen in any hotel. The cheese table is also unique, not often seen in Thailand.

On Friday April 13^th, it was time for a trip to the big lake. The Nam Ngum Dam. We visited the dam during March of 2017 as well.
