We woke to a rainy an stormy morning, but it improved during the day and took a trip with the red train.

To the left, not a promising start on the day.

To the right, where we had had lots of rain during the night and just started to clear up in the morning.

The sea was not calm at all.

And no one was at the beach, understandable enough.

We took the red train. This is the white one.

And a fellow red train passed us in the street.

We had to change to the fellow red one, that just came back from its trip.

And then we where on to the road up in the hills.

White tree trunks on the olive trees. Really don't understand the purpose of this.

Our friendly train driver hard at work.

And all the black nets used to pick up the olives when they shake the tree to get them down.

More black nets.

Nice mountain view.

And some more.

In the hills we met another red train.

And the locomotive of which we sat behind with the local brew raki, laced with honey to make it more palatable.

Down from the hills back on the main road along the sea.

And nice it was.

Still stormy out there.

But charming. And then off to the Internet café for the latest update. The pictures still refused to be uploaded for some weird reasons.

The next day, we went to the beach again, and nice it was.
