We left Inle Garden Hotel after a swim and breakfast. A lovely hotel.

The map shows you the trip we took on the river from Bagan to Mandalay on our a cruise on the river Irrawady.

Our river cruiser, RV Kalaw Pandaw that we will spend 7 nights on.

Jorunn outside our hut no. 209. Really nice and spacious. The pathway was beautifully tiled with grass inbetween.

The pathway up to the reception area.

Jorunn on her way to the reception.

A new and bigger hotel being built next door. It looks like an overinvestment in hotels.

Beautiful garden.

The pool at the hotel was some 16 meters long. But could need some more maintenance of the water.

The view towards the Inle Lake.

The pathway down to the lake.

The boat that took us over the lake to the winery in the mountains to the North of the lake.

Farewell to Inle Garden Hotel. I would like to come back here one day.

Martin's corner in the town next to the lake.

Ruby winery.

To the tasting hall and sales stall.

The wineyards.

View of the valley below and Inle Lake.

Lovely view.

The wine as OK, particularly the white and Muscat wines. Lady =??? to the left and Jorunn at the end.+

Explaining the wine process, fermenting and malolactic process, whatever that is.

Fermenting barrels.

Martin with his Muscat wine.

It is sweet and Martin likes it.

Time for lunch when Jorunn broke a big bottle of beer.

Martin's bag on route to the airplane.

Martin is still going strong.

A Swiss couple that had visited Svalbard.

Bagan Nyaung OO Airport at night.

Our head waiter, Aung ChanThar.

Martin, Jorunn and Helge from Sandefjord on the boat.

Our boat, The RV Kalaw Pandaw, named after the old king's boat.

On Sunday November 18th, it was time to watch some temples. Not Martin's favorite pastime. Martin worked on his photos before lunch instead.
