Martin celebrated his 78^th birthday on 20 of March.

	Martin's best birthday present. He is Covid free. Out to Contact Bar.
	Good slogan, "Get Drunk and Get Connected". Martin's birthday present from his class. Too small.
	June gets the blue one. Martin is far to fat in this one.
	We went to Habid from Kyrgyzstan for a kebab. On the 25^th we went to Esenin Russian restaurant for herring. Very good.
	Andre and his fancy haircut. June and Martin having a beer.

	On Saturday, Feb 26^th it was time for some nice spare ribs. Martin seen here with a big lump of ice for his beers.
	The spare-ribs are cut in 5 cm pieces, lovely barbequed and very easy to eat. Not the Kim chi to the left. Standard to any meat meal in Vietnam. Kimchi is typically fermented by 'wild cultures' naturally present on the vegetables. The formation of organic acids (primarily lactic and acetic acid) results in an optimum Kimchi pH of 4.2. The Kimchi fermentation process is very short in comparison to making sauerkraut.

On Tuesday March ???^th, Martin went to Cambodia to fix his visa. Completely uncertain due to the idiot agent.
