Summing it all up.

 		Martin was loafing around without Kran and wanted to check out the prices for a local condo.
  
This morning, Martin didn't have any breakfast and had a hefty brunch instead.

Martin went condo hunting. He passed this fancy, pink bar on his way.

The condo Martin wanted to check out. Paradise 7. What a paradise.
Nothing was included in the price like the table.

Neither was the bed. The price was 2.25 mill baths or some US $ 75.000,-. For that Martin can stay at SilverSand for  2800 nights or 7,8 years. Not worth the trouble. In addition you have the loss of interest on the amount.

Then Martin went for a massage.

In the evening Kran arrived and wanted a new swim suit.
Here she is with the swim suit seller.

And nice the swim suit was and is.
Nice bum.  

The next day, Wednesday April 13th, it was time for The Thai New Year or Songkran (สงกรานต์) which is the traditional Thai New Year water festival which starts on April 13 every year.
