Martin left his house 0540 with taxi to the railway station for a ride to Oslo airport, some 2 hours away.

	This morning, it was -120 Centigrade at Westwood. Martin's junk under the lights outside his house. You can watch a depressing winter video and a nice winter video from Westwood. The taxi central had given the wrong address to the car. Martin had the correct one on his printout. Sven saved the day.
	Cold and bleak at Tønsberg railway station. The train left on time at 0559. Sunrise in Norway around 0700.
	The commuter is busy reading is newspaper while the sun is coming up. Nice winter landscape along the track.
	The Airport Hotel just outside the airport. The control tower at the airport.
	NOK 99, or US $ 16,50 for a beer. In Thailand, you get the same for a tenth of the price. The lovely, expensive beer at the airport. No tax-free here, no ways. Martin will have his Thai beers when he arrives in some 20 hours.
	Nice airplane inside the Oslo airport. The control tower at the airport. Last thing Martin noticed before entering the plane.

The next day, Friday February 22^nd, Martin landed early at 0630 at Bangkok Airport, Suvarnabhumi.
