Ashley Tiernan, salesman and a very clever one at that turned out to selling never to be build  condos. It was Master's Residence we looked at. A studio, but the pool was too short for some serious swimming. there is a nice video of the condo on YouTube. Or what it will look like in January 2015.

the investor is this man, Bojan Prorok, 34 years old from the Balkans, Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, now a Canadian citizen. He is the one signing the purchase contracts.



March 2, 2013:
Ashley Tiernan is showing Martin the plot where the condos would never to be built. See the video of the site of the condo. More than 2 years, nothing is built. See the video of this desolate bulging site.

Julian, the boss for the development company. He doesn't communicate much.

March 5, 2013: First 50 00 baht paid.
Ashley and Lai at the plot. It is not much there now.

March 6, 2013:
Ashley and Martin in the former's office. Martin is studying the contract and wanted some changes.

March 9, 2013:
Ashley and Martin signing the contract.

  April 1, 2013:
100 000 baht paid. 150 000 so far.

May 20, 2013:
the construction start postponed to August 2013. A bad omen?

July 1, 2013:
100 000 baht paid. I should be 90 000 baht. 250 000 bath so far.

July 18, 2013:
the construction start postponed another 4 months? This is not looking good.

July 18, 2013:
Martin got cross with Julian, the project manager and sent this email to the developers. then it turned out that Julian got the boot. He is no longer working for the Masters.

 
October 4, 2013:
80 000 baht paid. 330 000 paid so far.

Martin had a meeting with Bojan Prorok, the CEO of the project. Seen here with the contract.

Bojan Prorok and Martin in his sales office. 59% of the condos are sold by now. Bojan said he expect the construction to start end of this month, October.  
December 20, 2013: Martin's condo reached 2nd floor. Or so Martin thought. Wrong condo.

December 23, 2013:
Martin decided he wanted a washing machine installed. This is the front view.

In addition, Martin want far more electrical receptacle plugs than there are now. Only 6 double sockets.

  December 31, 2013:
90 000 baht paid. 420 000 so far.
 
the next year, 2014, the project is 8 months delayed. Martin is not impressed. A new schedule is out. More reliable than the other?
