Firstly, a rare chance this month for us British sports fans to celebrate with an incredible victory by the Lions and with Andy Murray playing the game of his life to win Wimbledon. Well done to us all.

We have the ashes this month and football starts up again in August so plenty for us couch potatoes to get excited about.

We have had a few calls on the start date of Masters Residence, Pratumnak which was due to start this month.

We have been told that everything is fine but they are still waiting for the paperwork from Bangkok, construction is expected to be delayed for about 8 months. Completion may be 2nd quarter of 2015.
