Started wit a swim at The Pnomeroonk Hotel and
Resort.

The pool at The hotel was very small, only 9 meters long. Martin swam 120 laps or 980
meters. Good enough. Martin is plugging his ears with silicone plugs before swimming. |

Dec 11th,
gone swimming and a new barbeque. On The way to The pool, Lai picked up some drinking water at a local dispenser. The inside of The hotel is impressive, but There are very few customers There. |

visiting Lai's folks. The day started with a shower before having The 1500 meters swim. Martin is swim ready to jump into The very clean pool of The Akelada Hotel in Nang Rong. Tel. 044 622 177. |
