Sanctuary of Truth, Pattaya Thailand, the wooden
temple, started on in 1981. We took horse carriages to the the site due to Martin's sciatica. |

The sign reads: The Sanctuary of truth was constructed according ancient Thai ingenuity and covered with wooden carved sculptures. The Sanctuary of truth represent the relationship between human beings and the universe. The various wooden techniques used are impressive. |

The wooden temple has been continuously under construction
since 1981 and is very impressive. The raw material is red teak, not present any more in Thailand and is imported from the neighboring countries like Cambodia, Burma and Laos. |
