Summing it all up.

This was the first day at sea and started off with the life boat drill, compulsory on all ships of this kind. The whole day spent at sea on route to France.

To the left, the first day at sea started with the life boat drill for all passengers.

To the right, members of the crew directing the passengers to find their life boat.

The front of the ship with the dark, lead laden clouds of the Mediterranean. Not a nice prospect.

Roy Tore and Magnhild, friends from a previous trip to Malta during October of 2007.

Martin and Magnhild at the singles' lunch on the ship.

Joe from Wales, another single on board the ship.

It was time for line dancing on the 7th deck where we had our dancing classes.

Magnhild and friends practicing the steps learned.

In spite of the chilling weather, some braved it and sat outside on the freezing sun deck.

Roy Tore at it as always.

Presentation of the crew in the show room. They played nice music as well. Take the A-train.

The National dinner of the 17th of May.

The next day, Sunday May  18, we arrived at Villefranche sur Mer at the French coast, next to Monaco.
