You obviously have not read you own emails and you have gotten it all wrong:

1. I do not have a contract with you Mr. Marko Vujic. Bojan Prorok signed it. You cancelled this on Oct 10th. Enclosed is the cancelled contract. Where is Bojan now by the way? I asked for a copy of your passport and work permit. Cannot you produce it?

2. the exit strategy is very simple. You take 250,000 of my money and you pay me 450,859 bath of which you only paid 50,000 bath. Read your own emails and the contract, Section 3. If the 400,859 bath is not in my account, by November 10th, (not a bounce able check but real money), I’m not interested in meeting with neither you nor your staff. then I make my own conclusions.

4. the deal is simple. You pay me 400,859 bath and I will reconsider. You paying up is the only valid exit strategy as far as I am concerned. Again, read your emails and contract I have with Bojan. I’m awaiting your payments.

I’ve asked you simple, straight forward questions and you refuse to answer any of them. Why?

Why are you unwilling to give me a copy of your passport and work permit? Don't you have one?

I terminated the contract according to the letter of the contract. On termination, your company kept 25% of total contract price, and the rest was due to be returned to me. On termination, 450,859 bath. You only paid only 50,000. Implicit, you agree that that was the letter of the contract. You did not keep your end of the bargain.

You are keeping my money illegally. What do call that in English? Stealing is the most common work. Or you can say “ripping you off”. Try to look up the synonyms in a dictionary. It will be good for your English.

Stop harassing you? What do I do? Ask you to pay me what is due? What do you expect me to do? Say “Please Mr. Marko Vujick, take all my money and I will do nothing?” I will keep sending you questions until my money is paid or your company is liquidated. then all is lost.

Other clients are forming a group to sue you for breach of contract. I didn’t join them, because doing so, I have to pay another 50,000 bath or so. By the time you may be convicted in court of law for fraud, there is no money left. Is that your plan? To liquidate the company, take the money and skip Thailand?

Read the contract between Mr. Bojan Prorok and me. It is all there. Particularly, section 3. I enclose it, again, just in case.
