This is Martin's fifth trip to Lanzarote after coming back from Egypt. The immediate difference that hits you is the professionalism of the Spanish government employees. How they treat you at the airport and get you sloshed through the formalities.  Egypt is a stone age country when treating tourists. Spaniards are great.

BUS-SIZE
The busses at Lanzarote are big, spacious, clean and well driven. A pleasure compared to the shoehorned busses used in Egypt.

EXCURSIONS
Great, efficient and well performed by the Star Tour crews.

APARTEMENTOS BANDAMA (www.apartamentosbandama.com)
This is a small hotel with one stories bungalows scattered around a small pool area with pool pub. Very friendly and efficient staff and spacious and clean rooms. We arrived on an unspecified ticket and didn't know were we would end up. Bandama was a good choice for those the appreciate peace a quiet hours during their holidays.

WEATHER
This time of the year, the sun is very unpredictable. So this time we had only 2 full days with sun of the 5 days we spent on the island. A great place to visit.
