Martin went to Trondheim, swam his 2000 meters and met Magnar Skaret.

A wet, gray and depressing day with light drizzle. Not nice.

A smiling Arild in spite of the depressing day.

Visiting Arild's work place.

Arild's office on the second floor is seen here.

Arild is giving up waiting for his coffee.

A lone ski jump in the rain.

A wet sea.

A farm outhouse next to the church.

Martin is walking around the church.

The graveyard next to the church. We all end up here.

Arild and Martin is discussing what the stone says.

Another wet sea view.

A memorial statue over a little girl that died some 400 years ago.

Newly blasted road back to Arild's house at Vanvik.

Martin is saying goodbye to Jiratip.

Martin is leaving for Trondheim.

Just checked in at Clarion Hotel. Martin's boat seen through the special windows of the hotel.
The hallway of the sixth floor is like most other floors.

The entrance of a fancy new hotel, the Clarion Hotel.

Martin's boat is leaving for Vanvik.

Martin went to the swimming pool. The shoes when Martin went in.

It was rather full when Martin had finished his 3000 meters.

Martin's room had a fancy bedside light that is bendable.

The fancy TV was big.

Time to say hello to Magnar Skaret, a long term friend of Martin from the early 60ties.

A view from the top of the hotel.

The sky bar was deserted due to bad weather.

Munkholmen island in the middle of the fiord.

Top view.

Night view of the other side of the fiord.

The next day, Wednesday  June 27th, it was time to return to Nøtterøy.
