Summing it all up.

A lovely day at the pool. Martin swam 3000 meters (new personal record) and tanned for 5 hours. Great.

To the left, Martin enjoying one of his many backstrokes. Total of 2400 meters crawl and 600 meters backstroke this last day in Cyprus.

To the right, busy breathing, missing tooth and all. May be fixed in Goa during December this year. Wait and see.

Martin at full go crawling through the waters. A video is also supplied. 34MB download.

Martin finishing up his last stretch of the 3000 meters swim of the day.

Martin studying the best health literature he has ever come across in more than 46 years of interest in the subject. It is Health & Fitness Guide from V-zone by BodyIQ. Most excellent reading. You even have video on this one.

Are you fat? Your BMI table tells the story. BMI more than 30, you are not overweight, but FAT!

The tanning area of the Barbara hotel. Small, but just enough.

Martin having a tan. The last day on Cyprus, he spent 5 hours in the sun. Just enough.

Renate, Martin's lovely sales lady selling him the beers he wants with a smile.

In the evening, Martin went to spend his last local bucks. This is the bell tower of the monastery ruins in the middle of town.

Martin needed a new belt for his trousers and there were plenty of them at a reasonable price. Martin chose one fitting.

Waiting to get his T-shirt done, Martin had a nice meal at a Greek restaurant just around the corner. King prawns taste delicious. And very friendly staff to boot.

Waiting for his prawns.

Still waiting.

They have bouncers, but to kick you in, not out. The competition is fierce among all the restaurants.

After his meal, Martin picked up his SA T-shirt for the European Championship in practical pistol shooting in France in September. www.feness.com/em07. But they didn't get it right, so Martin got his moneyback.

Bye, bye Barbara, the best unspecified hotel he ever visited. Fantasic swimming pool and great staff. Wouldn't mind to come back here. Martin never had a better holiday at a lower price ever. Great!

Martin doing his last computer stuff before going to the Internet cafe for the final uploads for the week. Tomorrow at 0600 it's time to depart. Sadly. Martin wouldn't mind staying for another week. But duty calls.

The next day, May 21, it was time for returning to Norway. And bloody early it was. 0600 hours. Ungodly time.
