Our second day in Orlando, we spent at the Magic Kingdom. A very trying experience.

Martin had an early morning swim at 0700.

At 0800 it was much lighter. The sun is coming up.

Off in the bus to The Magic Kingdom of Walt Disney's fantasy world.

The mono-rail system took us there.

The monorail system was very efficient getting us to our destination, The Magic Kingdom.

It is low season and a Tuesday morning. What would it look like if it was high season and a weekend?

Nice overview of the sea of people.

Details of the propulsion system used is fascinating. Read all about it her.

Nice view from the mono-rail.

It is nice be above everything.

A lovely lake on the grounds.

The Magic Kingdom itself. The entrance.

An lots of people.

A nice playground for kids.

The main square.

Martin outside one of the many restaurant in the compound.

Entrance to the Adventure and.

The Swiss Family Tree house was very nice.

Nice flowers.

It is a nice water wheel outside the tree house. Watch it here.

Details of the ropes around the concrete trees.

Lovely plastic food is on display.

A concrete tree trunk.

The house contains an organ as well. If it is playable, is another question.

Details about the house. Read them yourself.

The roof of one of the next door houses looks nice.

Stair details of the tree house.

A Chinese pagoda in the distance. Or so it looks like.

Nice waterways for kids.

They were basically empty. After this lot, we dropped in to look at the Presidents of the USA. Nice show.

A wheel steamer on the local waterways.
The Magic Kingdom's landmark spire is a nice construction.

There were crowds all over the place and this is a Tuesday in the low season. See the parade through the main street.

The monorail in the distance. Remember to read the article of the mono-rail.

The mono-rail approaching the station.

Close-up of the mono-rail on Martin's way back to the hotel.

Martin enjoying the view from the monorail.

Another lake view from the mono-rail.

Details of the construction of the mono-rail.

Back at the hotel. nice trees are surrounding the hotel.

Some of the trees are bearded.

Martin went to the supermarket, some 21 minutes walk from the hotel.

Martin's menu at the Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant and pub.

Nice, big bloody Mary was on the menu. Martin likes that.

Martin likes beers too !

Peres was Martin's waiter.

He was a very nice, soft-spoken fellow. Martin liked him.

Time for buying a pack of Bud Light beer. Nice taste and 4,3% alcohol. Just right.

The supermarket was enormous according to Norwegian standards.

Shelf after shelf all over the show.

Martin on his way back to the hotel with the goodies he bought.

The next day, Wednesday October 16th, it was time for a day off and shopping at Orlando Premium Outlets.
