Summing it all up.

This full day in Nashville, we went to Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum (CMHFM), the Mecca of country music. A fascinating place.

To the left, the entrance of CMHFM. Very impressive.

To the right, the entrance lobby with the bar in front.

Religious music was prominent in the early days of country music.

Webb's cadilac.

Note the guns for door handles.

All the golden and platinum records given to country musicians over the years.

The other side of the wall. Still more records. Sixteen tons, the no 1 record of 1954.

The entrance hall from above.

The real wall itself

More wall..

Dolly Parton of 1999.

Will the circle

be unbroken.

New cap and a beer in the entrance hall.

Downtown Nashville.

No nuclear arms allowed.

The Hard Rock Café souvenir shop.

The CMHFM seen from outside. A massive building.

The aquarium at Opry Mills shopping Mall. No toothbrushes nor beers there to buy.

Sting rays in the aquarium.

Martin is having his back massaged in one of the many chairs for that purpose in the Mall.

They had an orchestra called The WannaBeBeatles and they performed Beatles hits from the 60-ties. This one is She loves you, ayah, ayah.

Queuing outside Grand Ole Opry which is a radio institution in the USA. It started 5th October, 1925 and is still going. Here across the street, smokers are welcome.

Kevin Kostner was one of the starts. Singing OK, but his acting is better.

The old lady. A video clip can be heard.

Some other of the performers. Names unknown, but great music.

The next day, Sunday Nov 9 at 0800, it's off to New Orleans in 3 busses. It's a nine hour drive.
