Summing it all up.

And this was the second day for a trip to Somerset West for some shopping and sunbathing. Then Ina, André and I went to a nice Portuguese restaurant in town.

To the left is the breakfast table, just for Martin. Very nicely done for one person. Martin was the only guest that morning and the service was irreproachable.

To the right is the view of the diner and Martin's lone table.

Then is was time for tanning. But the sun is much hasher due to the fact that you are closer to equator here than in the Mediterranean for instance.

And barbeque places are all over the show.

And the owner, Kevin has made playgrounds for his children as well. Today, they are 8 and 9 years old.

Misty valley view.

And then for a quick trip to town for more shopping. A view of Robari home for the elderly where Else stays. More details.

And a quick visit to the local Internet café is also in the order.

On the way back, Somerset West Pistol Club was discovered. This is Bernard, the local guard.

And back at West Ridge, time for a beer.

Lovely flowers and trees planted by the owner, Kevin.

And the day before the rain. The mist over the mountains.

The yellow tree really stands out.

Ina sitting outside, waiting for André to arrive.

André is one of Ina's friend and a really lovely person, good humoured and full of funny ideas.

Hand he took us out to a Portuguese restaurant with a lot of various characters.

And a local entertainer was there as well.

And bearded guy 1, a happy fellow with a sad woman behind him.

And bearded fellow 2 was next to no 1. High-spirited and jolly good guys.

The old ladies Martin's age enjoyed a nice dance to the music.

Ina and André enjoying each others company.

The sad and lonely lady sad forgotten in a corner of the restaurant. Traumatic really.

The next day was time for a trip to the air-port to pick up my gun.
