We arrived at the pool area at 0650 and it was open and the water was 32
Centigrade warm. Martin swam 80 length of 25 meters each for a total of 2000 meters. Martin relaxing after his swim. |

Martin has had his shower, shave,
swim and shampoo and is putting on his after shave cream. John Howard a newly arrived Norwegian is learning the ropes of being a Norwegian in Thailand. |

respect to Buddha. The Thais have a lot of fun in the Songkra water festival where the idea is to splash down everyone. |

The next day, Monday April 16th, it was time for an early morning breakfast after our swim. Then Om gave Martin and taught Kran to give lower back massage.
