The day started with a very heavy
downpour and thunder. It happened just after Martin had his swim. The streets were flooded. |
||
The Beach Road was flooded many places.
The sewage system is under dimensioned and clogged by shit. |
||
The street up to the Immigrations was flooded the whole way up. | ||
At the entrance of the
condo, green bike to use to get up to the condos. It is a walk of some 3-4
minutes otherwise. Time to read the meters of the condo. The electricity shows some 9226,6 units. Rosty wrote down the same. |
||
Time for the water meter. Here,
there where stacks of key to try out before finding the right one. The water meter showed 488 units. Same as Rosty wrote down. He is a nice trustworthy landlord. |
||
Martin in his new condo. He will
move in when Kran is back. Martin is getting his swimming accesscard you need to use the pool. |
||
The busy pavement outside the
condo. You have everything here. Pha Pam, the nice girl at the supermarket on the ground floor. |
||
Martin's condo with the rather old
fashioned TV. The sea view from the minute balcony that comes with the condo. |
||
The 3 condos across the road. Named
A, B and C. They are cheap. The backyard of the condo. Nothing fancy. |
||
The exit of the condo
complex. Here you have the racks of green bikes you can use. On the way back from the condo, a 7 minutes Thai bus ride, we passed this Norwegian flag on the beach. |
||
Mint busy at work. Reusing water cups. |
||
Sweet little Muslim
girl where there with her albino father. Water is popular. Better refill the bucket. |
||
A smiling Mint works very hard for some 10 hours every day. |
The next day, Tuesday April
10th, it was time for
Kran to return, hopefully.
