Martin signed a contract for a new condo from Apr 9th to May 9th and Kran went to Bangkok.

	After many visits and looking at some 10 condos, Martin settled with  Russian Rosty. He gave Martin the best deal. Here Rosty and Martin discussing terms.
	Martin paying his deposit to the  Russian Rosty. Martin was happy with the deal. Even though his condo had a slightly less standard, it did not warrant the extra costs. Then Kran was off to Bangkok to work again. Martin misses her already.

The next day, Friday March 30^th, it was a lazy day for Martin without Kran. No picture taken.
