Ann has an American
father and a Thai mother from Udon Thani where the father Jim was stationed
during the Vietnam war. She was a lovely, effective sales lady. Martin liked the second studio much better. |

separate entrance, bathroom and kitchen corner. And a lockable door between
the parts. A very good solution ad the sales price in the range of 3-4
millions baths or some 100 000 US dollars. The chandelier in the main bedroom was really fancy and designed by Ann. She is smart. |

What appealed to Martin
was all the small shops outside the condo blocks. You have everything you
need here. The old Thai flag with an elephant was displayed in this Thai joint. Martin had a beer here. |
