Dec 30 - depressing day
The pictures below are thumbnails, meaning they are small copies of the real thing. You just click them. The weather in Norway and in Bangkok just now.

Martin was very depressed after Kran left for Bangkok to take her father to the hospital for a scan.

To the left, Kran is off to Bangkok at 0430 in the morning.

Then later in the day at around 1030, Kran returned for a nap and a meal, our last at Surfbeach Hotel.

At 1630 it was time to depart for the airport.

The SurfBeach hotel has a very nice kitchen. Here clams are prepared. The sea food is of a very high standard.

Bye to SurfBeach hotel. Martin wants to come back in April.

Out onto the open high ways towards Bangkok.

A stop on the way to buy some dried fish for Norway was on the agenda.

Martin enjoying dried fish in the car.

Factory pipes along the road in the sunset.

Time for a quick leak is also in order after a few beers and dried fish.

Sunset over a river outside Bangkok.

Martin had forgotten his blinds for the return trip and is improvising one here at the Japanese restaurant where Martin usually pops in on arrival and/or departure.

The young San Mig girl that has not understood the value of exercising.

Martin hopes Kran has. She is very content here after a few dishes and two Spys.

Farewell to Kran for now as Martin passes through the security gates.

Passport control is a must.

Bye-bye to Thailand for now. Martin will be back.

The next day, Friday December 31st, it was time to go back to a cold and depressing Norway after a stopover at Copenhagen airport in Denmark.
