Map of Thailand.

Summing it all up.

Sep 17, Than Printing Shop

At noon, Martin, Arild and Tukta went with the Sky Train to visit The Than Printing shop in the suburbs.

To the left, Tukta buying tickets on the Sky Train. A ticket system that works.

To the right, the tracks of the Sky Train, due to be elongated to airport in 2009.

The train itself.

This building being erected or torn down?

Arild managed to get on board the train. Rather surprised.

The train station itself.

The welcome sign portraying Arild's name on the sign.

Eight pages of Arild's book as a sample.

Pixels or dots? The same? From the left, Praveen, marketing manager, Suraya, production manager and Martin in a heated discussion of what is what?

After we resolved the problems about pixels and dots, it was time to show them these web pages. That was more fun.

They had a newspaper press as well. Here is the printing press at full blast flanked by Martin and Arild.

How do you find your car in this lot?

Arild and Tukta firmly seated on the train.

Time for dinner. The waiter was having this yellow ribbon to show his admiration and respect for the King. A nice custom.

Arild digging in a soup dinner for three.

Out in the garden of the restaurant. Very cute setup with soft, romantic music.

Off to Pantip Plaza, one of the biggest computer markets in the world. Arild needed some memory chips for his computer, increasing memory from 256MB to 1024MB or 1GB of RAM.

Farewell Guinness beer at a local Irish pub. We'll meet in Phuket.

The next day, Thursday , it was time for return to Phuket
