Aug 6 - fooling around on hotel grounds
The pictures below are thumbnails, meaning they are small copies of the real thing. You just click them. The weather in Norway and in Bangkok just now.

Kran and Martin fooled around, swimming, working on their computers and enjoying each other immensely. Martin swam 4000 meters using some 2 hours and 24 minutes in 3 sessions. Trip record for distance. In November, it is 3500 meters in the sea.

To the left, the massage spa where Kra and Martin went with their complimentary ticket for a 15 minutes massage.

Kra ready to get a work over.

Kran getting her part done.

Martin getting head and shoulder massage.

After the massage it is customary with a cup of herbal tea.

The River Kwai was in full flood.

The Spa seen from the outside.

A full River Kwai downstream.

Kra on her way to the swimming pool after the massage.

The beautiful pool of The Royal River Kwai Spa and Resort. Best water Martin has ever seen. Absolutely crystal clear.

A happy twosome in the pool.

The pool itself were Martin spent 2 hours and 25 minutes this last day or a total for 4000 meters of swimming.

Then it was dinner at the Jolly Frog, a nice cheap guesthouse with excellent food at a low price.

Kran and one of the Jolly Frog waiters. The food is excellent. Highly recommended.

Martin had fished grilled in a foil with vegetables. Delicious.

The girls behind the good fat the the kitchen at the Jolly Frog. They did an outstanding job.

The kitchen was a buzz of activities. Orders coming in all the time and plates with gorgeous food shipped out to the waiting customers.

On the way back to the hotel, it was time to fill the car with natural gas. The gas boy in action.

The next day, Saturday, August 7th, it was time to depart for Bangkok, 2,5 hours in a car, and then Norway after a fantastic holiday with Kran. We meet again.
